North Mecklenburg PONY League (NMPL) Coaches Meeting
All Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the Pinto, Mustang, Bronco, Pony and Colt divisions. This meeting will include coaches and representatives from each town (Mallard Creek, Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson) that will participate in the NMPL Fall Baseball Season. It will focus on a review both PONY and local NMPL rules, season schedules and provide an open forum for Q & A to all participants prior to the start of the season.

CLNYAA Walk Up Registration and Skills Day Player Evaluations
This will be the final opportunity to register your child with CLNYAA. If you plan to make use of our Walk up Registration we ask that you please print and complete them prior to arriving. Please note that any forms submitted after this date will be placed on our waiting list. We will not be able to guarantee placement on a team after this date. Players will be evaluated on several basic skills so that coaches can establish balanced teams in each age group. In our Pinto thru Pony divisions we will follow the following schedule.

*We do not conduct a formal skills day evaluation for our T-Ball age (4-6) division. This will be a T-Ball meeting to introduce new participants to the program and an opportunity for players, parents, and coaches to meet.

Regular Season Practice begins
Practice for the fall season will begin the week of September 1st or September 8th if skills day is moved to its rain date. Coaches will contact their players once the draft is completed and rosters are established. Practice time and field locations will vary by division. Colt ages will be contacted prior to the start of the season regarding T-ball parent and player meeting and Colt skills day.

September 15th through November 2nd
Rec. Fall Season
The regular season game schedule will begin the week of September 15th. Game times and field locations will vary by division. The regular season game schedule and post season tournaments will complete on or before Nov 2nd.
