Knees:           slightly flexed
Waist:            slightly bent forward
Hands:           slightly behind and above shoulder
Eyes:             both on pitcher

Hitting Mechanics 

1. Proper bat grip, bat in fingers with no thumbs (not back in palms)

2. Toes of both feet should be pointing square and straight at other batters box

3. Knocking knuckles, middle knuckles of both hands in-line

4. Wrist cocked (radial deviation), front elbow down, back elbow in ãgood boxä

5. Balance stance, keep toes forward

6. Flex at knees, not bent, not collapsed, slight bend forward at waist

7. Bat in the slot (45 split of helmet)
